Our Model-B 1 Bedroom has a dinning area in the kitchen with Ample closet space. This unit also has an extra room/den suitable for a home office, starting at $925.00** per month.
The monthly rental rate includes heat and hot water (hydro for lights & plugs extra). Parking is $35 per month per vehicle. Self- defrosting fridge and stove as well as mini blinds are included. Laundry facilities on the ground floor of each building and security key or intercom access only. Hardwood flooring and tiles, no carpets. All 2nd and 3rd floor units have balconies. A cash/money order deposit of one month's (last month) rent is required to process the application.
